Marriage dream meaning in Islam

What the classical Islamic books of dream interpretation say about this symbol, with the book and page.

What al-Nabulsi wrote

Did you see a marriage in your dream? Al-Nabulsi wrote in Ta'tir al-Anam that marriage in a dream may point to care from Allah, the Exalted, and if it comes with a wedding procession it may be read as a position, or a good name that rises for the dreamer. Interpretation differs with the dreamer's state, and Allah knows best.

From the book

  • «في المنام يدل على العناية من الله تعالى»“In a dream it points to care from Allah the Exalted”
  • «وإن كان بزفاف على جاري العادة فهو منصب أو صيت حسن يرتفع له»“If it is with a wedding procession as is customary, it is a position or a good reputation that rises for one”

Ta'tir al-Anam fi Ta'bir al-Manam, ʿAbd al-Ghani al-Nabulsi (d. 1143 AH), p. 148. Dar al-Fikr, Beirut (al-Shamela text, book 1217). Translated from the Arabic by Fil Manam.

Interpretation differs with the dreamer's state, and Allah knows best.
